This policy covers orders placed on our online store for delivery in the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Your exact shipping options, cost and delivery estimate are always shown at checkout before you pay.
1Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you order, with no surprises after you pay. Free shipping is available in every market we serve once you reach that country's free shipping threshold, or when you order a qualifying quantity. The threshold and any standard rate are always shown at checkout.
2Order processing
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of you placing it, on business days. During major sales events and public holidays, dispatch can take a little longer than usual, but we always get your order moving as fast as we can.
3Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown as an estimate at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, customs, weather and other things outside our control. Every order ships with tracking, and we email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
4Duties and taxes
Any sales tax, GST or import duties that apply to your order are calculated and handled at checkout, so the price you pay is the full price. Where your order crosses a border, any duties and import taxes are either included or settled at checkout, so your order clears customs without surprise fees on delivery.
5Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping cost.
