Rebend Industries started as a side hustle for two Australian plumbers who wanted a better glue and primer setup on the job. With strong support from the Australian trade community, we’re now focused on building innovative tools that help Aussie tradies work faster, stay safer, and get the job done easier.

THE FOUNDERS

After knocking their glue and primer off a ladder and having an argument with a safety officer about duct taping solvents together because it covered the safety labels, Casey and Daniel, two plumbers from Australia’s Sunshine Coast, decided there had to be a better way.

They started with rough prototypes on real job sites, then turned it into the Constricta Multi Pot Grip, a glue and primer holder that keeps your solvents secure, labels visible, and within reach when you are working at height or in tight spaces.

Two years later, more than 10,000 Constricta Multi Pot Grips have been sold worldwide and the product has won a Good Design Award. With IP protection in place, manufacturing now starting in the USA, and new products on the way, Casey and Daniel are still on the tools, plumbing and testing every new product on site before it is released to tradies.

From Prototype to Production

A special thank you to Dienamics in Brisbane for the massive amount of work they put into designing and building the injection moulding tool that makes the Constricta possible. We came to them with rough prototypes and a few sketches, and they helped engineer the Constricta Multi Pot Grip into a product we could be proud of.

They also manufacture every Constricta Multi Pot Grip that gets sent out to tradies. Their expertise, persistence, and attention to detail played a key role in the product winning a Good Design Award™ and being made to the standard tradies expect. We are currently working with the team to bring more innovative products to market.
